Yes, to suspend a user:
- Sign into the Bounce administration portal at: https://dev.thebounceapp.com/sign-in
- On the navigation bar, under the "Users" section, select "Manage"
- Click on the 3-dot menu icon to the right of the user you want to suspend
- Select "Suspend User" from the drop-down list of options
